Argington's mission is to create children's contemporary heirloom furniture that will enhance your child's life and learning. We are a family run business with a strong background in fine art, wood working and architecture. Our inspiration came initially from our own child, but since then, it has led us to design and create for children everywhere, of all ages.
Each piece is carefully handcrafted, using only select solid hard wood. All finishes are durable, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. All fabrics are 100% cotton, and the cushions are custom made to each piece of furniture. We take pride in using organic materials with traditional wood-working methods to create furniture that will serve generations to come.
We stand strong behind, in front, and on top of our designs. We take every precaution to assure your child's safety. Our furniture is tested by an independent laboratory to guarantee that all federal safety guidelines and ASTM standards have been met and are exceeded. We are also members of the JPMA, Juvenile Products Manufacturer's Association, whose primary role is to promote safer and greater quality products for kids. And of course, we test each piece of furniture for the fun quality by using children of all ages.
